How can I help?

Hi,
When I opened the data by using ArcMap, I found the projection of the SPAM data is unknown, and I tried to transfer its projection into other types, but ArcMap always warn projection conflict. I wonder if you could tell me how to transfer SPAM into other projections?
Thank you very much!
Best,
Dan
Hi Dan,
When you open the raster in ArcMap and it warns that the projection is undefined, click “OK” then open the “Define Projection” tool to define the projection as WGS 84. Select the raster for which you want to define the coordinate system, then click “Select…”, “Geographic Coordinate Systems”, “World” and double click “WGS 1984”, “Add”, Ok, Apply, etc. ArcMap will now recognize the projection and you can reproject to any coordinate system you want using the “Project Raster” tool. See ESRI’s Help.
Hope that helps,
Susana
